Rosogulla Overview

Bangles one of the most delicious food item rosogulla. It is made with milk chenna and sugar syrup. It is a popular dessert for every occasion. Everyone from children to adults loves rosogulla. The specialty of rosogulla is that it is very spongy and full of juice.
Ingredients:
1. 1L milk
2.2tbs white vinegar
3.Water
4.Sugar
5.Cardamon
Instruction:
- First, the milk has to be heated until a boil arises.
- Then the vinegar mixed with a half cup of water & add with the boiled milk.
- The milk form into puppies (paneer).
- The puppies should be kept on a clean cloth with the help of a sieve & then some cold water should be added on it.
- Have to wait a few hours until the water is completely drained.
- The puppies then will be rubbed by hand until it turns into a soft & smooth dough without any grains of paneer.
- Now prepare small ball sized Paneer & keep aside
- Cover & keep to prevent from drying.
- Take 1 cup sugar, 5 cup water, and 3 pod cardamon in a large pot for preparing sugar syrup.
- Now boil the water for 5 mint, stir & dissolved the sugar completely.
- Drop-in rolled paneer balls into the sugar syrup one by one.
- Cover & heat it with a high flame for 5 mint after that low flame for 5 mint or until the rosogulla double in size.
